Dear colleagues,
As you may know, early parliamentary elections are planned to take place in Moldova
on 11 July 2021, and I have the intention to deploy an election observation mission on behalf
of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly to observe these important elections. In the coming days,
the International Secretariat will be distributing further information to all OSCE PA
Delegations related to this observation mission, in accordance with our OSCE PA Election
Observation Guidelines.
The International Secretariat is already in preparations for deploying such an observation
mission, and will remain in contact with our traditional observation partners.
I am sure that we all look forward to following the work of this observation mission in
the coming months.
