International Day of Parliamentarism

Dear Mr. President,
On 30 June 2020, the IPU will conclude the celebration of its 130th
anniversary year.
This date coincides with the International Day of Parliamentarism which will be in its
third edition.
We very much hope you and your parliament will join us in closing the IPU’s 130th
anniversary year and celebrating as usual the International Day of Parliamentarism. I
am sure you will want to help us amplify the message that the world needs its
parliaments more than ever before especially when it is grappling with the COVID-19
crisis.
I am pleased therefore to share with you the materials we have designed over the past
year.
