    Copenhagen, 5 February 2014
    Dear Heads of Delegations,
Parliamentary Elections have been called in Hungary for 6 April 2014, and OSCE
PA President Krivokapic has decided to deploy an Election Observation Mission to these
    elections.
Please find attached a registration form for Members wishing to observe the
elections in Hungary. We kindly ask you to return the completed form with a copy of the
photograph page from Members’ passports to Operations Officer Iryna Sabashuk at the
International Secretariat at (eom.hu@oscepa.dk) as soon as possible, but no later than
21 March 2014. Please note that due to registration procedures, we may not be able to
accommodate those who register after the deadline.
Further information, including a detailed programme, will be distributed to
participants soon. Briefings for the mission are expected to be held 2-3 days before
election day, and Members are reminded that in accordance with the OSCE PA’s Astana
Declaration of 2008, participants are expected to attend the full briefing programme as
well as the de-briefing following the election.
I wish to remind you that national parliaments are responsible for their Members’
expenses and that only English interpretation will be provided in meetings and briefings.
    Yours sincerely,
    Andreas Baker
    Director of Elections
