Spørgsmål
Ministeren bedes oversende en oversigt over EU-direktiver, som er
gennemført i dansk ret i 2017. Opgørelsen bør indeholde en opdeling i
love, bekendtgørelse og cirkulærer. I opgørelsen bedes det indføjes,
hvorvidt regeringen har indhentet forhandlingsmandat i Folketingets
Europaudvalg forud for vedtagelsen af direktiverne.
Svar
Der henvises til bilaget for en oversigt over direktiver gennemført i dansk
ret, hvor første notifikationsdato fandt sted i 2017. Oversigten er dannet
efter samme fremgangsmåde som beskrevet under besvarelsen af EUU
alm. del spørgsmål 239.
Ressortministerierne har efterfølgende oplyst, om der er indhentet
forhandlingsmandat i Folketingets Europaudvalg forud for vedtagelsen af
direktiverne i oversigten.
Det bemærkes, at oversigten ikke omfatter delegerede retsakter eller
gennemførelsesretsakter.
