Dear Heads of Delegations,
The Presidential Election in Tajikistan has been called for 6 November 2013, and
President Krivokapic has decided to deploy an OSCE PA Election Observation Mission
to Tajikistan.
Please find attached a registration form for Members wishing to observe the elections in
Tajikistan. We kindly ask you to return the completed form with a copy of the
photograph page from Members’ passports to Operations Officer Iryna Sabashuk at the
International Secretariat at (eom.tj@oscepa.dk) as soon as possible, but no later than 16
October. Please note that due to the Central Election Commission deadline, we may not
be able to accommodate those who register after the deadline.
I wish to remind you that national parliaments are responsible for their Members’
expenses and that only English translation will be provided in all meetings and briefings.
