OF THE OSCE PARLIAMENTARY ASSEMBLY

1. Call to Order
The meeting was opened at 9.05 a.m. with the President of the OSCE Parliamentary
Assembly, Mr George TSERETELI, in the Chair.
2. Adoption of the draft Agenda
The draft Agenda was adopted.
3. Approval of the Agenda for the 2018 Winter Meeting
The agenda of the 2018 Winter Meeting was approved (Rule 16.1).
4. Report of the President of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly
The PRESIDENT addressed the Standing Committee.

5. Review of Current International Political Issues

(Ukraine), Ms Hermine NAGHDALYAN (Armenia), Mr Azay GULIYEV
(Azerbaijan), Mr Ignacio SANCHEZ AMOR (Spain).
6. Reports on OSCE PA Activities
A. Reports on Election Observation Activities
Mr Azay GULIYEV (Azerbaijan), Special Co-ordinator, reported on the election observation
mission in Kyrgyzstan.

B. Reports on the Activities of the Special Representatives
Mr Ilkka KANERVA (Finland), Special Representative on Mediation, presented his report.

Ms Doris BARNETT (Germany), Treasurer of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, presented
her report, and in accordance with Rule 41.3, also presented the audited accounts of the
Assembly for the 25th
financial year.

8. Report by the Secretary General of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly
Mr Roberto MONTELLA (Secretary General of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly)
presented his report.

Ms Isabel SANTOS (Portugal).
9. Reports on Preparations for future OSCE PA Meetings in 2018
The PRESIDENT addressed the Standing Committee.
