Henvendelse fra Mr. BILGIN, formand for den tyrkiske delegation til OSCE PA om situationen i Tyrkiet

My Dear Colleague,
Turkish Parliament which has been particularly the center of democracy as well as
Turkish Democracy were assaulted by the FETÖ Terrorist Organization on 15th July.
We have been struggling along with the whole political parties represented in Turkish
Parliament and civil society against this coup attempt since that day. In this stage,
we are inviting all parliamentarians believing democracy, their political parties, and
also their respective parliaments to give the necessary support to the democratic
struggle of Turkey.
I do hope that those defending democracy, universal values, rule of law and human
rights will not leave us alone in this process.
What is expected today is that primarily OSCE PA and members of all international
organizations take sides with Turkey in the democracy and freedom struggle of my
country against anti-democratic attempts.
